A good acquaintance, in passing, recently mentioned Chopp Chop. I decided to head out on a mission to Orleans to learn about the food at this four-month-old restaurant.

It’s a small, supremely tidy eatery clearly doing a brisk trade in take-away. It was encouraging to see, especially since my experience was largely positive.
